Dock workers move a crate of left over small fish given to them by the foreign purse seiners in the harbour. The large foreign fishing vessels that tranship tuna in the Tarawa harbour give their by-catch to the dock workers , or to sex workers to sell to the community. This angers the local fishermen who can not afford to sell their catch at reduced prices.
